What activities do you offer KS1 children?

Polly’s Story

Polly and her family lived in the East End of London over 100 years ago. Left alone on Monday morning, 6 year old Polly is left to do all the family chores for the week. Based on family life and the days of the week, children taking part in Polly’s Story will sing songs and rhymes, handle real historic objects and learn first hand how hard home-life was for large poor families who lived with no electricity or modern comforts. Give your students the chance to perform Polly’s Story live in our East End kitchen!

Key Stage One groups can also take part in our Victorian Lesson (see the  KS2 section for more information about this session).
