Join us at the Ragged School Museum for a Summer Holiday full of glitz and glam
as we look at the star-studded world of Victorian celebrities!
From sporting superstars and celebrity chefs, to music hall heroines and inspired inventors,
19th Century Great Britain hosted a multitude of colourful (and often impressively-bearded) celebs.
Each week we’ll be highlighting a few of our favourite Victorian celebs from the worlds of
Sport, Art, Showbiz, Cookery and Technology. There’ll be a whole host of fun, new activities every week!
We also have a dedicated Under 5’s play area and a canal-side cafe for weary mums and dads.
