The Victorian Lesson and Victorian East End Kitchen

Our KS2 programme includes our fantastic Victorian Lesson and a session in our Victorian East
End Kitchen where children explore and handle historical artefacts.

boy cobbling shoeLed by our "Victorian teacher," Miss Perkins, the Victorian Lesson takes place in our original and distinctive Victorian Classroom. Pupils will be transported back to the 1880s and experience first-hand what Victorian schooling was really like!

In our reconstructed Victorian East End Kitchen, children will explore changes to home and family in East London over time through object handling, roleplay and storytelling.
