Nefina Barzey, 13 (left), and Sarah Anane, 13 (right), have weekly 'tutorial' classes at Sir John Cass' Secondary School in Stepney Way. The classes explore current issues in students' lives including bullying, smoking and drug taking.

"We have to do a spider diagram about why people smoke - do they do it in front of their friends to look cool or do they just do it cos they want to? Who, what, why or when? I think it is important to encourage people not to smoke." (Nefina)
