From 2pm to 5pm on the first Sunday afternoon of every month, we invite you to step through our doors and explore the history of the East End. The special feature of our monthly Open House sessions is the opportunity to attend a lesson in our Victorian Classroom. Whether you’re 5 or 85, you’ll love it – we promise you.
Join us this Sunday 7th August 2016 for our Open House and Victorian Lesson.
The Victorian lesson runs from 2:15pm & from 3:30pm, and lasts for 45 minutes. Lessons are held in our evocative and impressive Victorian Classroom and are led by an actor in full Victorian costume.
Capacity in the classroom is limited. Please secure a Lesson ticket when you arrive at the museum. Please note that we have a suggested donation of £2 for the lesson.
We do not take bookings for lessons in advance. We operate a first come, first serve policy.
Lessons take place on the first floor, which is staircase access only.
